Email contact@ps5.today with the article URL, the sentence or section concerned and the detail you believe needs correction. A link to the relevant official announcement, support page or product document helps us check a changing fact.
Explain the difference
Describe what the article says and what you believe the current information should say. For hardware, include the exact model and relevant version. For a game, distinguish the platform, edition and region. Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details or private account tokens.
How changes are handled
A material factual error is checked and corrected where warranted. A later announcement may require an update even when the original statement was accurate at the time. Significant corrections or changes are identified in the article when appropriate; small spelling and style improvements do not require an invented correction history.
Purchase and account support
For a failed transaction, activation problem or account recovery, contact the retailer, PlayStation or the game developer responsible for that service. You can still report an error in our guidance, but an editorial email cannot change a platform account or refund a retailer’s purchase.
